Is Made to Order (MTO) available?
Yes. For selected models, we offer the possibility to request a Made to Order (MTO) service.

ORDERS & PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment methods managed through Global-e, our merchant of record, ensuring secure transactions protected by advanced encryption.
These include: credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and market-specific local payment methods.
Are duties and taxes included?
Yes. During checkout, any applicable international duties and taxes are calculated and displayed transparently.
Once the order is completed, no additional charges will be required for customs clearance or other fees - the final price is fully inclusive.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Order modification is not possible.
Cancellation is only allowed if requested promptly before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

What are the delivery times?
Shipments are handled by selected international express couriers to ensure speed, security, and full traceability.
Italy: 1–3 business days
Europe: 2–4 business days
Non-EU: 3–5 business days
Can I track my shipment?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return a product?
Yes, returns are possible. To proceed, we kindly ask you to:
– Submit your return request within a few days of receiving your order via our Returns Portal:

– Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to ship the item back. Returns are first processed at our hub in the Netherlands for initial inspection, and then sent to our warehouse in Milan, Italy. Please note that during peak periods, processing times may be longer.

Is return shipping free?
Return shipping is not always free of charge.
The following options are available:
• Size exchange, subject to stock availability, with more advantageous conditions compared to the standard refund process.
• Conversion of the return into a store credit (discount code), with more advantageous conditions compared to the standard refund process.
• Standard refund request, using our couriers at preferential rates, which are communicated within the Returns Portal at the time of the request.
Our goal is to ensure maximum flexibility and a seamless return experience.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once the returned package has been received and inspected by our Quality team in Milan, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, generally within 4–6 business days.
